The Second International Symposium on Computer Science, Digital Economy and Intelligent Systems will be held in Moscow, Russia on December 18-20, 2020. The aim of CSDEIS2020 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as industry professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in the area of Computer Science, Digital Economy and Intelligent Systems. This conference provides opportunities for delegates to exchange new ideas and research findings in a face to face environment, to establish business or research relationships, and to find global partners for future collaboration. The official conference language is English, all the papers need to be written and presented in English, and one paper of conference registration is free for Russian authors.

Proceedings of CSDEIS2020 will be published by "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing"(Pending), and all accepted papers will be indexed in the some international major academic databases(Scopus, EI-Compendex, Google Scholar, etc.).

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by 15, August 2020 in Word or PDF format. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high-quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 10 pages (Paper Word Templates, and Conference paper example: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3), including figures and references. At the same time, authors with accepted papers should submit signed the Consent to Publish Form (PDF) to Springer. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the "Information for Authors of Springer Proceedings". All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions.

Payment Methods
1. All registration fee shoud be transfered to RAMECS, which will financially support the conference CSDEIS2019.
2. Wire Transfer Instructions:
To register by bank transfer, we will send you a instruction to process a wire transfer when you get the acceptance notification.
You can write your paper id on bank receipt, and kindly send the Registration Form, the Scanned Receipt of your bank to: csdeis@icics.net.
3. Credit card: You can also make payment on Paypal or Alipay after receiveing acceptance/invitation letter.
Payment Rules
1. The calculation of registration fee is according to the piece of accepted manuscript of one author. If one author has one accepted paper to present, the payment is 500 USD. If one author will present two or more accepted papers, we will consider giving him/her a discount of 100 usd for the second paper.
2. If an accepted manuscript is the production of more than one author and all authors intend to attend the conference, each of them (except the corresponding author) will have to pay the attendance fee 200 usd individually.
3. After complete the registration payment, the ordinary VAT invoice as a proof of payment will be issued.
4. The registration fee will not be refunded for any reasons.
